Hi Matt, you could be correct that someone had the lift arms off the rockshaft and re-installed them incorrectly. I looked thru my B414 OP's Manual to see if there was a 3pt height adjustment bud could not find any. The B414 OP's manual covers both depth control and draft control hydraulics. I did find this drawing in the manual showing the 3pt in raised position. Also found a photo online of a B250 same as early B275 with 3pt in raised position.
Other than that the only other solution would be to contact JDEM, I left him a message on the tractor talk board.
