F-cub ?

I was at my local Muffler shop today and the owner had a Cub setting out front with a 4-Sale sign on it. The tag with the serial no. on said, 76960 I think. The tag said FCUB It started with less than one full turn of the motor. It sounded great. It needs paint but, other than that it's in pretty good shape. What year is it? and What do the cub's sell for ? He has a new carb on it and new rear tires. And he said that he had the radator cleaned.
He has a woods 42" mower on it too. This shows how much I know about the Cub.
