I have a 1947 A and I did a compression test a few days ago. I ended up with 60psi across all four cylinders turning the engin over with the hand crank (after the engin was warmed up). The fact that I found 60 across the board maybe me quite happy, but for some reason 60 seems a bit low to me. Am I corect, or is 60 a perfectly good number? So how hard is it to replace the head gasket on these machines? Thanks, Matt
