As far as I know the 12.4 X 38 inch tire fits on a 11" Rim and your M should have 12" rims on it. I have a H that currently has 12.4 X 38 on one side and a 14.9 on the other and I'm not happy with the mis match of sizes.
I'm in the market for a pair of matched usable 12.4's or something slightly larger that will fit my 11" rims
