John I emailed you some directions on the governor adjustment. After adjusting and you still have the load problem, I would suspect you will need a new governor spring. Lead additive is not neaded for the H. They run fine on lead free 87 octane. You will need a three prong puller to get the steering wheel off. If you are planning on replacing it, save your self some time and use a Sawzall or a hack saw and cut the steering wheel base where the key slot is at. You can then chisel the steering wheel base wider so you can pull it off. C&G is an excellent source for quality parts. Ask for Ken Updike.
