If you're speaking about the wheel, remove the six bolts that hold it on. They're 9/16 fine thread and take either a 13/16 or 7/8 wrench. This wheel can be stuborn. Whack it on the outside edges with a heavy hammer. This wheel is heavy and years of being on there with the existence of chloride, dirt and paint can make it tough. If you're talking about something else, let us know.
