make sure the set screw is out of the pulley some had one some did not usr a three jaw puller I USE A JACK AND PRESS THEM BACK clean all surfaces and oil them hammering is a good way to break them I made a bracket to press them one as I always seem to be working on them some go on easy and some harder that is why I PRESS THEM ON might take a little time to build a frame to press on with a hy jack BUT it takes time to find another one if you decide to hammer it use a good block of wood and be carefull not to break the cast good luck
