The Farmall 450 Diesel was rated at 50.77 PTO/belt HP and 46.18 drawbar HP. In my opinion, $9500 is a very steep price - even with the implements and the tractor's condition. Its practicality would be dictated by what use you have planned for it. I'm not opposed to paying a premium price for a premium machine, but I'm getting a feeling that someone is trying to turn a very nice profit on this one.
