LATE F 20 with factory hydraulics

Just looked at a late F 20 with a factory hydraulic set up similar to that on Ms and Hs.
Tractor has cast rear wheel centers, V belt fan drive, foot brakes, tag gone. Hydraulic gizmo set behind the clutch in the frame and has rod and bracket to hold the hydraulic pull rod mounted to the steering support. Everything has the IH casting mark.
Just how rare is this?
