You can turn the pump up and advance the timing a littel no more the 5 degrees, my old 450D had pump work done on it buy and old fellow that worked for Rish Machine and did some tricks to it, unfourenatly the old fellow passed away some years back, I now use a injection service out of New Castel Pa. but have not worked on any for several years. There are two screws under the cover and to tell you or try to explain it i might get you in troubel ,I have not been able to get my scanner to work wrigth as i am no putter wiz other wise i could point out the screws that you need to play with . My pump was a littel of this and a littel of that , it had the govener out of a td9 loader a plunger out of a td 14 and some rework of the pump houseing to get the higher RPM's that we use to run( 2145-50) govener runout. My old 450D is still in the area and still running ,tryed to get it back but the man won't sell trade or anything he sayes no ever time i ask.
