Heisler 9-speed for H

I just picked up a used heisler 9-speed out of a '42 H for my '39 H. Unfortunately it was already removed from the H's transmission case. I have been unable to find any diagrams detailing the assembly. Would the Case/IH dealer have any info? According to the seller, I have all the pieces, and it worked before he disassebled the the tractor. I have a M&W 9-speed manual with the diagrams, but it only helps so much. I did take note of the hole for the shift linkage, which was on the left side of the trans case. Now I just need help with putting it all back together, especially the shifting collar locations on the gear set. I do have the parts separated between the upper and lower shafts. Does anyone have any photos of this setup? With the trans deck off? Or an old parts manual for it?
