Won't work. You can't switch the cast hubs because the axles are different. You can't switch just the rims, because even it the cast hubs are the same diameter, the C (200) has lugs attached to the rim that bolt to the hub. The H has clamps that hold the rim. I guess if the hubs happen to be the same diameter (don't know if this is true or not), the holes might match and you could use the rim clamps on the C and bolt the rims with lugs to the H. However, the C would be running down hill all the time and the H would be going up hill because of the difference in tire diameter. The rear wheel weights are the same on both tractors.
