Sadly, the best case would be changing o-rings. Worst case, sleeves and pistons and the whole nine yards. I would encourage you not to run it this way because if you can, you want to be able to save the cam bearings. Cam bearings wont last too long if ran with coolant in the antifreeze. The cam bearings on the german diesel need to be line bored after installing making it a very expensive overhaul. Either way, the german engine is a good one when right lives a long time with proper care. Get the engine as right as you can....it only hurts for a little while.
