Down under the neuss engine was used in all sorts of things, But there was a problem with leaking water, what the fix ended up being ,was to change to a different grade of O-Ring i have something here somewhere what details it, The Neuss engine is a far superior engine when compared to a D-282, But having owned 866,886,1466 all at the same time, The DT-436 is better ,under here 686,696,706,806??,976,986,766,786,866,886,886Series B, 1420,711,725,8-5 & Acco trucks all had the neuss, havent heard about the cam bearings & being line bored though, learn something new every day
