Dave brought back some memories of me as a little kid pulling corks out of the Farmall M and my dad yelling at me to leave them alone. Yes International used corks to keep dirt and grease out of holes. If it is a broken bolt centre punch it and this is the most important part of it. Get dead center and punch it deep. Then drill out and get an easy out into the hole. I like the square easy outs, the really bite in when you start to turn on them., however if its a broken bolt there may be a reason why it broke off,ie. someone turned it in too far..doesn't look like you would want to use heat on that nice paint job either...Good luck from Mike in Exeter,Ontario
