Power steering can be added to the 300 at a sizable cost. Most 300U's I have seen have had loaders on them. The 460 would probably be a little better on a loader. I have an old 560D now thatI use for a building site tractor but I don't really like it for that. My thoughts on it [aren't worth much] [remember free advice] I would stick with the 300U.
