We've had a loader on our 330U without power steering - it'll wear you out in a hurry. If you like a 460, you might consider a 460 Utility. There weren't all that many of them, but they are around. You would get more power, more weight, power steering, and retain (most of) the maneuverability of the 300U. For loader work, a 544 would be better yet - much better hydraulics than either the 300 or 460. If you have Fast Hitch implements you want to keep, the 460's your best bet. Just about every 544 is 3 point.
