There is no drain plug. The pulley is lubed from the transmission. There is a small reservoir of oil in the pulley that is circulated from the transmission. There is an overflow back to the trans, so there is always oil up there at the pulley. To drain it, you have to take the bolts loose on the flange that holds the pulley shaft and bearing assembly in place. Pull it out a little and let the oil drain out. Likely there will be water because since this is the high point, condensate tends to collect there. That is why it is important to drain it because the water will collect and eventually ruin the bearings. After draining it, put a pint of oil back in through the fill plug on top of the pulley housing. No other maintenance is needed.
