I don't see why it would hurt to run it as long as you check your oil ocassionally and monitor your running temperature. There is a block sealant on the market. It works with water so you must drain your antifreeze, add water and the sealant, and then drain the mixture and add your antifreeze back in. The biggest problem I had, was getting the tractor to a high enough running temperature to make the sealant do it's work.
