100 series or lawlor ????????

I found a tractor that I believe to be a 100 series IH but it has a Lawlor badge in the grill. It is currently blue but under the blue is yellow and under that possibly red. It is currently set up for propane has hyd and an add on power steering. There is no pto or rear hitch system. There is a sticker on the hood the read Lawlor-matic with an Ill. address. Can anyone tell me what exactly I am looking at?
