140 parts required

Restoring a 1964 140 and need 1) support assembly, radiator grille, 2) battery box cover (12v) and steering wheel, complete (includes IH insert). Can't seem to find the parts anywhere. Any suggestions? Tried some of the salvage places listed on this site and Wengers of PA. Some parts I can buy from Case/IH but these aren't amoung them. Any help is appreciated. Was thinking of writing IH and finding if engineering/manufacturing drawings could be had. Would be willing to try to make the cover. Anyone ever try it? and what was the reply?
