The F14 was available from the factory in Chicago with Delco electric srarting and generator. I have an original F14 sales brochure and it has a picture of the factory electric starter in it. This system was also available in kit form from IH dealers and since the F12 and F14 are the same in this regard, a few were updated afterward. They are quite rare as both the factory and after market versions were quite expensive for the average small farmer at the end of the great depression.
