Terry the liftall was a name given to a hydraulic system in farmall and other Mc Cormick Deering tractors. It was referred to as a "belly pump "because of its location behind the clutch on the underneath. It has three outlets and is a stage one which means the pressure of weight of the implement attached will give you the Down motion while the lift is created by the pump. The farmall had the three outlets with the rear outlet delayed as well as being adjustable for each side in the use of a scuffler,so you could lift either side independently and the rear was delayed as you lifted at the end of each row so you scuffled right to the end. I've never priced one but I know the tractor wreckers I go to from time to time have them in an H and a superC. I'll ask for you. There are other ways to have a hydraulic system on a farmall. The super H had a pump mounted at the distributor and the reservoir was under the belly pan...if you could find one of those. Also many years ago a company built a pump you attached to your pto, it looked like a little tank mounted sideways on the draw bar. The tank was the reservoir and the pto powered the pump and you could run hydraulics from there, however you couldn't use the pto for any other purpose when you were running hydraulics. I believe that TSC stores used to sell those pumps..so there were three ways to skin a cat. Good luck from Mike in Exeter, Ontario

In such cases, rework makes what could have been a fun project turn into an irritant or even a nightmare. Minor Irritants To give you an example of an minor but irritating proble
