I have not tried this myself, but I have heard the following technique can be successful. Measure the inner diameter of the bushing and find a steel rod of such a diamter that it just slips in the bore. First, pack the bushing bore full of axle/bearing grease with your fingers. Insert the rod end and wrap a rag or towel around the rod next to the bushing. Give the top of the rod a good whack with a 2-3 lb hammer. The hydraulic pressure created may drive it out. If you do not use a rag , you and your shop will be splattered with grease. Good luck!
