460 Utility Hydraulic problem

Need help. My brother has a 460 utility 6 cyl. gas tractor. He complains of a hydraulic problem that rears its head after about 30 minutes of operation. During the first 30 minutes or so he says the tractor runs great, then he says the tractor starts to labor and he hears hydraulic fluid hissing in the manifold area. He also noticed that the fluid return line tends to heat up at that time. Any ideas? Is there some sort of relief valve that could be a problem and if so, why the time delay? Thanks. Dan G.
