OK, now that we know how to remove the sleeves...

Thanks to every one that gave suggestion on how to remove the sleeves from my A. Now my question is what is the size of the bore that the sleeve fits into (or the diameter of the out side of the sleeve). I have a friend poised and ready to machine the Slug/disk/hunk of metel or what have you, all I need to do is give him the mesurement.
