My IH 474 has a injection pump issue. I was working the tractor yesterday and when I went to idle down it was stuck. I figured it was the adjustments. By hand I could turn it up and down by the lever on pump and it had No affect on the idle speed. It is currently stuck about half idle. (That is good, I can still work). I took the arm of the injection pump and turned the knob and it will turn in circles and has no affect. It appears the control shaft that the arm mounts to is either broke or not connected inside. I could pull the shaft to find out. Highlighted in the photo. If I need to pull the pump and send it to you I can, Im out of Knoxville tn .
