I use Quaker State 10W40 in my BN cause that's what the previous owner used. Prestone 50/50 in the radiator for the same reason. Haven't had to fill gear lube yet but will probobly use 80/90 when I need to. Remember, most of todays products were not invented yet when your tractor was made so just because it isn't in the manual doesn't mean you shouldn't use it, it just means they didn't have it back then. I get most of my supply's at the Case/IH dealer. The can look most of it up with the origional part numbers. Then they usually cross reference to a more modern or Case part number. They are usually a little more expensive though. Quality Farm and Fleet has a good selection of mufflers. Have fun. Dave BN.
