Replace all the gasoline, if you haven't - it could be quite old/stale. Check the compression, (and if it's like my Super A), make sure the pushrods haven't fallen off the rocker arms due to gross valve mis-adjustment. Mine was dragging two cylinders along for the ride, and running on only two. Still ran pretty
well, but was sluggish and low on power. A compression test will reveal this problem, as well
as visual inspection of the rocker arm area.
