I am the wrong person to ask that of. I never knew they had such a thing, and now I feel deprived that I dont have one. I feel great when a crank comes with a tractor, never got any tools except this one came with a spark plug wrench. I suspect some of the pros can tell you about the rarity, but to me it is as rare as they come!
