I steamed off the old gal (a Farmall "C") today and went looking for any and all information that may help me try to guess the date that she was made. I could not find any 3X4 plate with a serial number on it in the area of the tool box under the seat. I have found the following: 1. 10-12-R (located below the clutch pedal) 2. 9-21-R (located just above the left axle) 3. 10-14-R (located on area below the battery) 4. 7-29-R (located on right rear of the motor) 5. FCM G 16047 (stamped below #1 spark plug on engine block) Discovered that I will need to replace the intake/exhayst manifold, due to a large hole that has rusted through it. Oh well I know that I may still run into more things that may need to be replaced or re-worked, BUT the "RED FEVER" has bitten me and I am just getting started. Any advice would be of great help. Thanks "Fatback"
