Good News on the Farmall C

I brought home a C on Sunday, and determined it was a late '51. I read that the later C's had the 123 Cu. in. motor. I dropped the pan to clean it out and replace the gasket, and lo and behold the bore is 3 1/8, instead of 3 inch. A few weeks ago we were discussing the cost and types of 3 point hitches available. They were about $500. This one has a homemade 3 point, and I paid $500 for the whole thing. Nice rims one good tire, trike front end. I guess since the 3 point is permanent, I have a nice little tractor for the light jobs...
