Looks to me as though that plow would work very well with a 300U, and was definitely intended for the larger Fast Hitch tractors. I don't think I'd try to cut it down for a Super C, which wasn't really designed to handle that much plow (my opinion). You'd also have to have some place to attach the top link - looks to me as though the plow probably isn't going to work without it attached somehow. Anyway, you'd probably just end up messing up a pretty good plow if you start cutting on it. If really interested in getting more information on that plow, you might give Lee Grady (Guy Fay's boss) a call at 1-608-264-6484. He was able to unearth some very useful documentation on my Model 210 Fast Hitch two-bottom rollover plow (which may be the last one of its kind??); he probably can get you a good bit of information on this plow as well.
