The transmission, the final drive and the belt pulley are all in the same housing. Drain plug is at the rear of the final drive housing. I think there is also a small drain plug at the front of the transmission where the housing attaches to the clutch housing (torque tube). To drain the belt pulley, you have to take the flange bolts loose that hold the shaft and bearings in and slide the whole assembly out a little. Important to do that because there is a small reservoir that overflows back to the transmission and has no drain. Water tends to accumulate there and will damage the bearing if left in there for a long period. When you refill, put about a pint in through the belt pulley fill plug on top of the belt pulley housing to fill that small reservoir. The rest goes in though the fill hole on top of the transmission cover plate. Not sure of the capacity on the H. I'm more familiar with the M which is similar but larger. Someone else will likely post the capacity for you.
