The single acting hydraulics can be converted to a double acting system like you are looking for. There is a lot of information in the archives on this. What you need is a control valve, one of the types mentioned by Kurt, and some lines. Run a line from one of the belly pump outlets to the in on your new valve, another from the return on the valve to the filler on the belly pump, and hook your cylinder to the working ports on the valve. This will involve a little plumbing, but it will get you two way hydraulics and the down force for that great looking blade you made. Depending on the type of valve you get (1,2 or 3 gang you could add more stuff to the tractor, such as a full hydraulic loader. I forgot to mention , for this setup to work, the control rod for the belly pump needs to be held in the lift (back) position. The owner's manual for my M shows a similar setup that was optional. I have seen pictures of tractors with this on. Still isn't live, but it is a start. As soon as I get some other stuff done I am going to do this to my M. Good luck. Doc
