Kurt, that will not work on the lift all on the M. The lift all is a single acting system. All three of the ports are pressure ports. There are three positions on the control rod. Lift is when the rod is pulled all the way back. Hold is when the bump on the rod is resting against the support. Drop or release is when the rod is all the way in. The weight of the implement pushes the hydraulic fluid back into the reservoir. You can vent one side of your double acting cylinder and lift, but not put down pressure. If you want to use a double acting cylinder, you can add a two way spool valve and run the return into the fill port on the lift all. To use it that way, you lock the lift all rod in the lift position so it pumps through the spool valve all the time and usse the spool valve to control your cylinder.
