The brackets you have circled,bolt on to the tractor on the very front of the upper bolster, ahead of the frame rails,the bracket that is floating in the air in the picture angles back and bolts on where the frame rails meet the upper bolster.The tubes that are mounted near the tripping mechanism for the bucket ,will pivot,and limit the loaders side to side sway.The tubular brackets bolt to the top of the rear upright support,on one end,and the front holes in the top and bottom rows of holes in the frame rails(the holes used for mounting cultivators).Then you need a set of brackets that clamp around the axle housings to mount the rear uprights to.
