Purchasing First Tractor

I'm looking at purchasing my first tractor. I want a tractor that is a collector, yet a tractor that can be used for work. I've found a Super AV for sale for $2100. The tin and tires are in great shape. The engine has been just overhauled. The tractor also comes with a cultivator. The question, Is this a collector type of tractor (parades, etc.)? Also is this an okay price to pay for a Super AV (to high/low)? Is it a common tractor?
