I had a 200 with a miss that drove me nuts. Like you I found multiple things wrong, but took me a while to get rid of it. My problems included: gummy valve, bad brand new spark plug (yes it happens), wore out insulator on terminal on the side of the distributor. Don't give up, by the time you've got it beat your tractor will hum like a sewing machine!
