The 826 is a good tractor. They are powered by a 358 cubic inch german diesel. The engine has a good reputation for power and durability. Overhauls can be expensive. But with the hours you stated, you shouldn't have to worry about that for a while. I would drive the tractor and be sure the trans. was quiet in all gears forward and reverse (No clunking). I would also be sure the parking brake holds well. Transmission work is very expensive. That's a couple of things that come to mind. Hope it helps.
