Fluid power systems make noise for many reasons. You could have a valve that needs to be tightened up and it is rattling against the tractor. But you probably checked that already. You could have a noisy relief valve, you may want to run the hydraulic system through the pressure ranges hi-lo etc. that will exercise the spring in the relief and maybe get rid of the rattle. Or you could have to small of hoses and connectors on the system. A basic rule of thumb, under 5gallons/min of flow a 3/8" line works, 5-10 gallons/min of flow use a 1/2' and between 10-15 use a 3/4" line. over 15gpm you may need to go to a 1" or larger. You will also need to isolate the sound. Is it the cylinders, valving, pump, connectors, linkage. First thing I would try is to lower the hydraulic pressure and see what happens.
