I've run into a similar problem with the front weights on the 100. All of the bolts but one either came out or broke off upon soaking with Liquid Wrench and the use of a breaker bar & socket. The last bolt came loose, but the nut stuck. I'm notching the nut with a hacksaw blade and taking a chisel & hammer to it; after it breaks, the bolt should come out. Those suckers can be pretty stubborn.
