I had similar problems on my Super A. I could get the nuts and washers off, but could not get the bolts out or the weights off. I finally gave up and drove around the bumpy field with the wheel weight unbolted. It eventaully fell off. I then could lay it horizontal and put some liquid wrench in each hole. I used an 8 pound sledge on each bolt and finally got then out after several days of banging on them. Just take a torch to the nuts, hook up the H to the chevy truck, put Cory on the tractor to steer and take it for a tow through the streets of Indy. That will break those weights loose. Good luck and let us know how you really got the bolts out.
