H-diff

I'm well into the replace road gear project on the new H and one of the side issues I've come across is that the bolts that hold the bevel gear to the differential case and also hold the two halves of the case together are loose. Loose enough so that the two halves of the case will move against each other. The bolts are square head against the case and the nuts are secured with folded up locks; I don't even try very hard to figure how they got to be this loose. (The bolts stretched?)
Anyway, the two manuals I have, I&T and IH Blue Ribbon Training Course, though they mention the bolts, do not mention a proper torque. It looks to me that this is just the sort of application where getting the torque right would make a difference. Anybody know what it should be?
