on the super 164 motors there was more advance ground into the cam-shaft to give it more bottom end.the compresion ratio was also raised.the combustion chamber has the edge of the quench area tapered to give it better fuel control,the runners in the head are a little larger and have a better angle at the valves.at that time they also switched the pistons to light weight and slipper skirt type.the push rod,s are lighter also.wow if they had only raised the rocker arm ratio to 1.73.the carb is larger it looks like a m but has a lot smaller holes in the emolifier tube,the runners in the intake are larger and have more sweaping turns.and the veturie in the card is biger than the H or w-4.the real good head is the 350 lp head it dosnt have a quench area but it will raise compresion to 8 to 1.
