What questions do you have? With the new one wire alternator you don't need a voltage regulator. The one wire runs to the amp meter and on to the battery. The toggle switch most likely is getting its 12 volt supply off one of the amp meter terminals and send 12 volts to the coil for the ignition. The push botton supplies 12 volts to the solonoid to activate the starter which also gets its 12 volt supply for the amp meter terminal. If you have some specific questions, post them.
