Yes, Toe in would be the first thing to set. Typically 1/8" to 1/4" is correct. Easy way to set it: Park on a flat surface, wheels straight. Measure from the floor to center of a front hub. Mark that height level with chalk on the front and back tread of each front tire. Using a measuring tape, measure from say the inside edge of a rib on one tire to the same point on the other tire. Compare to the same measurement made at the back of the tires. Front should be a little closer.
