This is a question that normally comes up on a narrow front end tractor. You've probably got either some bearings that need replacing or tie rods that need replacing. I'm not familiar with the W4 steering but I'm assuming there may be some adjustments available in the steering gear box. If its the gear box you should be able to move the steering wheel quite a bit before the linkage to the wheels begins to move. Do both front wheels wobble the same or do they do their own thing. That could be a sign of tie rods or wheel bearings being loose.
