I am assume it is a 300 utility. If so, the oil level plug is just above muffler and below floor pan. As far as the seels go, take tire off and there is a bolt on end of hub (axel). Once removed , every thing slides off of spline allowing seal to be replaced.I don't know seel #'s off hand.
