I pulled the Front Wheel Castings off of the axles of my 1942 H lower bolster. The dust shields are in bad shape. Question: When the wheels are installed, a rim of soft steel protrudes from the front wheel casting and fits under the dust shield of the axle. Since it is made of soft steel, I would suppose it is not part of the solid front wheel casting. Can these be replaced? One looks to be fine, but the other is rather worn away. Are they pressure fit in? Can they be purchased new? What else should I replace while I am in there? Thanks for the info. Scott
